The Trip Folder is the bread and butter of LiveDISPATCH. It will be automatically generated and provided to the pilot with all information pertinent to the flight. It has been created to replicate almost exactly how the airliners also produce their trip folders. In this article, I will try to explain as best as I can what each section means.
Please bear with me as I am not a real airline pilot or a real pilot for that matter, so if I do not know what something means or stands for, I will let you guys know and hopefully someone out there can add a comment with the correct information.

The Search Timetable tab is a very simple one but it packs a lot of punch, thanks to the outstanding service provided by FlightAware.com. FlightAware's seamless integration of over 50 real-time, worldwide data sources combined with FlightAware's powerful, intuitive, responsive, and reliable web-based interface yield the most capable and useful flight tracking application and service.
With this being said, our pilots have quick access to an immense database of flights to choose from.

The Fuel Loader tab is where you will be able to load up your aircraft with the fuel necessary to complete your flight. It is automatically populated with all the necessary data based on weather, aircraft, distance to be flown and headwind component if applicable.

LiveDISPATCH provides a complete up-to-date set of the digital Terminal Procedures Publications, encompassing all 50 States including US Territories and we provide a new set every time a new AIRAC cycle is available. This ensures the pilot always has the most up-to-date information. These charts include airport diagrams, ILS approaches, VOR approaches, GPS approaches and others.
The screenshot capture utility is a nifty utility that as the name says, will allow you to capture screenshots of both your desktop and FS (both windowed and full-screen modes), and then allow you to easily upload these to the LD server.
The aircraft payload tab is where you will have access to a full loadsheet, automatically generated by LiveDISPATCH based on the aircraft, route, fuel required and whether it's a passenger or cargo flight. The latter determining whether the load will be passengers + carry on + luggage weights or simply a total cargo load if it's a cargo flight.
You will have the opportunity to set the weight distribution manually and no matter what aircraft you have loaded in FS, it will always display that aircrafts payload stations as set via it's aircraft.cfg file.
The Flight Tracker is a very nifty feature which many users have come to love. It will display in real-time all flights currently being flown on the LiveDISPATCH network. The map automatically refreshes every 5 seconds via AJAX and will show a plethora of information for each flight being flown. I will try to explain in detail in this article, what this information is and how to access them.
